Activities
Since its inception in 2017, the Priory of the Christian Shield has been involved in a number of activities throughout the greater San Diego area, as well as abroad.
Every spring and fall, members are given the opportunity to discover and preserve the antiquities of the Holy Land by way of archaeological excavations. To learn more visit: http://www.antiquityquest.org/downloads/ka.pdf.
The Priory’s involvement with various Veteran groups and the creation and promotion of Operation Knight Flight have been the hallmark of its mission to uphold, emulate, serve, and promote the ideals of the Order of the Knights Templar. Locally, The Priory allots time for servanthood at events that will support the community and non-profit organizations as well as fellowship with our fellow Knights & Dames.
Last and most important, the Priory of the Christian Shield conducts its annual Convent and Investiture (C&I) and celebration banquet in the Fall.
